Pet Memory

Do you want to honor a friend's pet that has passed? We can send a donation certificate to them in their pets honor.  We will send with a sympathy card with a message from you.  Please email: dukeandoliverfoundation@gmail.com with your order number, their name and address, and pets name. 

Feel free to create additional blocks like this for Shipping, Payments, etc through the Shopify Theme editor. Also, you may easily adjust their order by dragging and dropping.
